Not particularly nervous, which is making me nervous… I’ve prepared and researched and read and re-read so I feel my expectations are realistic. I am ready to start my fat amputation!
I also found Amy’s Donuts on my drive today. It was a literal sign I am in the right place. And the donut was great!
I dragged my Ulla Popkin Aquatard down to the hotel pool the last two nights for some water jogging and last times in the hot tub. No more submerging for quite some time. Quite sad about that actually – I’ll miss my ladies at my senior aqua fit class.
